Pandughar Group started its business in 1995 through Urban Design & Development Limited (UDDL), a real estate company in Bangladesh. At present, Pandughar's business spread in various areas such as real-estate, RMG, composite textile, consumer goods, IT, financial services, agro, and more.
Pandughar Group was founded by Mr. Nazim Uddin Ahmed. Currently, Mr. Nazim Uddin Ahmed is the Chairmain of Pandughar Group. The group's Managing Director is Mr. K. M. Touhiduzzaman. Pandughar yearly produces 50 million garments; and its produced products are exported to 35 (thirty five) countries. It is the manufacturer and marketer of popular confectionery product 'Dan Cake' and ice-cream product 'Polar'. The Group has employed more than 15,000 workforces.
